Internal course transfer (Applicants from monash)
If you're a Monash student wanting to transfer into Law and you're not a school leaver, you need to:
Have done at least 1 semester (24 credit points) but not more than 2 years (96 credit points) of uni study,
Have a distinction average or higher across all your uni subjects (any field),
Meeting the minimum average doesn’t guarantee entry — it just makes you eligible, and then Monash ranks applicants based on that average.
External transfer
If you have partly completed a uni degree at another university and wants to apple
Finish at least one year (48 credit points) but not more than two years (96 credit points) of study
